The International Federation of Airworthiness is hosting a free technical workshop and forum on continuing airworthiness issues on March 22nd and 23rd, 2011. The workshop on March 22nd will provide an informal discussion on topics related to continuing airworthiness. The full-day forum on March 23rd will feature presentations from aviation professionals on specific airworthiness topics, including lessons learned from accidents, challenges in Australisia, outsourcing maintenance safety issues, and implementing human factors considerations. Registration is required for the free events.

This will provide an aperitif to the Forum with the opportunity for informal discussion and debate on a wide range of
Safety Related Issues. Topics to be covered, but not limited to, are: change of ownership airworthiness issues; train-
ing and licensing of engineers; communication between flight deck and maintenance engineers. Short presentations
will be followed by open floor discussion. Further topics for the workshop would be welcome from participants please
let us know upon registration if you are interested in presenting.
