4. This triple is as difficult to describe as the first
triple, as we have no solid evidence of the
nature of Angels and Archangels.
Man in this triple is not “a Man” but the species
Man, a great proportion of whom are devoted
to one-brained and two-brained activity.
The H24 (“what Man is” according to the Step
Diagram) suggests the Kesdjan body.
The word Angel means messenger and thus we
can envisage Angels as messengers that pass
between Man and higher levels.
Archangels are most likely an order of
magnitude more powerful than Angels. They
live beyond the si-do interval.

The Earth is negatively charged in respect of
the Sun and its surface is negatively charged in
respect of the ionosphere.
Positive ions from the Sun are attracted to the
Earth’s poles and enter the Earth.
The illustration ignores the electrically neutral
atmospheric layers: the thermosphere,
mesosphere, stratosphere and troposphere.
The ionosphere is a region of ions that are
created at the top of the atmosphere by direct
interaction with cosmic rays.
Electric currents flow though this region
almost certainly inducing currents within the
Earth.
The magnetosphere is the skin of the Earth’s
atmosphere made coherent by a double layer
of plasma.

What are called fair-weather currents flow
naturally from the surface of the Earth up to
or down from the ionosphere. This is a
gentle exchange of charge.
The voltage between the ionosphere and the
Earth’s surface is in the range 250-300kV.
The other exchange of charge occurs via
thunderstorms. These are not understood in
detail. They are provoked by a strong
updraft of air which is cooled rapidly to
temperatures in the range -150C to -250C
yielding ice crystals and graupel (soft hail).
It’s friction between small ice-crystals and
graupel that leads to a separation of charge.
The lower part of the thundercloud becomes
negative and the upper part positive.

Sprites and elves and blue jets (plasma
phenomena) do the same job from the
thunder cloud to the ionosphere.

were not known about, but now there are
many photos of such phenomena.
They are plasma streams, with plasma in
glow form.
This is also true of St Elmo’s fire, which
gathers on spires, ship’s masts and even on
airplane wings.

Man is the note la in the side octave , the only
species in the animal kingdom capable of
evolution, because he has an intellectual
center.
Because he has an intellectual center he also
has a higher intellectual center, even if it is
rarely connected.
However, individual evolution depends on
reception of higher influences and the will to
take advantage of the knowledge they provide.
Man can be food for Archangels (participate
in the life of Archangels).
He can also involve and become no more than
an invertebrate (or even less).

Angels can be thought of as the lowest rank
of the “heavenly host,” and numerous.
As the name angel (from the Greek “angelos”
meaning messenger) indicates angels are
benevolent celestial intermediaries between
heaven and humanity.
Any beings expelled from heaven (as was
Beelzebub) are called fallen angels.
In art they are usually shaped like beautiful
androgynous humans with wings and haloes.
When Leonardo Da Vinci painted them the
images had no negative lines on their faces.

Traditionally, while there are many angels there are (in
respect of the Earth) only seven Archangels:
Monday: Lord Chamuael, the Archangel of Divine
Love, the Holy Spirit and the focus for the Christ
Heart.
Tuesday: Lord Michael, the Archangel of Compassion,
and the focus for the Will of our Endlessness.
Wednesday: Lord Raphael, the Archangel of Healing,
Perceiving and the focus for the power of Truth.
Thursday: Lord Uriel, the Archangel of Peace and
Harmony, and the focus for the Impeccable Service.
Friday: Lord Gabriel, the Archangel of Motherhood,
and the focus of the principle of Purity.
Saturday: Lord Azrael, the Archangel of Mercy,
Forgiveness and the focus of the principle of Freedom.
Sunday: Lord Jophael, the Archangel of Wisdom,
Illumination and the focus for the Christ Mind.

Gospels, it is said that the Kingdom of Heaven is within. It is at a
higher level of a man. To reach it, a man must reach a higher level in

21. THE HEAVENLY HOST
Seraphim: Highest in the hierarchy. They are said to surround and maintain the divine throne. Literally
translated, the word means "burning ones." They have six wings, of which two cover their faces, two
cover their feet, and two are for flying.
Cherubim: Second in importance, Cherubim are said to have four faces: an ox, a lion, an eagle, and a
man. Alternatively, they have the legs of an ox, the body of a lion, the wings of an eagle, and the head of
a man. They guard the way to the tree of life in the Garden of Eden and the throne of God.
Thrones: Also referred to as Ophanim, these are throne angels, symbols of absolute justice and
authority. They are said to express and relay the wisdom of God. The Hebrew word “ophanim” means
“wheels.” The Hebrew text of Ezekiel’s description of God’s chariot uses the word. The Ophanim are
thus sometimes represented as fiery wheels. They are also, probably, Laws.
Dominions: Fourth in the hierarchy, they are also referred to as Lordships or Angelic Lords. They are
said to preside over the duties of lesser or lower angels and hence rarely appear physically before men.
They are said to resemble angels, as usually depicted, with wings and divinely beautiful faces. They
carry swords and scepters, embellished with orbs of light. They are also, probably, Laws.

22. THE HEAVENLY HOST
Virtues: Fifth in the hierarchy, the virtue angels are the ones through which signs and miracles appear in
the world. They are the holy source of virtue, perfectly attuned to the Absolute, the source of virtue itself.
Powers: Sixth in the hierarchy, and also called Authorities, the primary duty of these angels is to supervise
the movements of the heavenly bodies to ensure that the cosmos remains in harmony. They oppose the
work of demons and evil spirits. Artist's depictions represent them as soldiers wearing full armor, with
weaponry such as shields and spears.
Principalities: Also referred to as Rulers, these are seventh in the hierarchy. Their task is to guide and
protect nations and tribes and also the institution of the Church. They are middle management, obeying
orders from above and presiding over the ordinary angels below them. Artists depict them wearing a crown
and carrying a scepter. They are the educators and guardians of the Earth, the inspirers of art and science.
Archangels: Tradition asserts that there are seven archangels: Chamuael, Michael, Raphael, Uriel, Gabriel,
Azrael, Jophael (names may vary). They are usually assigned specific roles. For example, Raphael is
concerned with healing, and Michael opposes Satan. The word “archangel” means “chief angel,” from
Greek. Artists portray them as regular angels with a pair of wings.
Angels: The word angel (from the Greek angelos) means messenger. Angels are the lowest order of
celestial being, supposedly the most concerned with the affairs of men. Guardian angels fall into this class;
it is commonly believed that everybody is assigned one.

angel, who is the representative of the Moon on
Earth.
He is Lord of the vertebrates (the cloven hoofed)
and the “thwarter” of Man—but quite distinct
from the picture painted by the medieval church
Just as Prophets and Teachers descend to interact
with Man, Sathanael rises above his realm to
provide an obstacle to Man’s evolution.
All the “elementals,” plasma beings that
correspond to the life forms and aspects of nature,
belong to this third octave.

• This can be thought of as part of the Earth’s Kesdjan
Body. It is possible that they feed that Kesdjan body.
• The corner squares are the transition or evolutionary/
