Elias is a Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) proctor
and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He specializes in Physical Asset
Management, Reliability Engineering and Operational Performance
Management.
He has over 14 years experience in Asset Management, Maintenance
& Reliability and Process Improvement. He has trained, coached and
led Maintenance Reliability improvement efforts for the Extractive
and Manufacturing majors including Shell Petroleum Development
Corporation (SPDC) - Nigeria, Chevron - U.S.A Nestle Central
and Wets African Region, Kin Goldfields Ghana Limited, Talecris
Bioterapeutics - U.S.A. and Unilever - U.S.A. He is currently provides
Reliability Engineering and Asset Management advisory, training and
coaching services.
He has worked with ConAgra Foods - U.S.A as Performance
Systems Manager, where he led strategies for the implementation
of the Congra Performance System – an asset performance and
operational improvement initiative. He also worked for Key Energy
Services, largset onshore drilling company in North America as
Process Reliability Engineer. While working there, he implemented
Total Process Reliability initiative that resulted in rig reliability
improvements in addition to leading several Six Sigma black belt
projects.
At TBR Strategies - U.S.A, he acted as Sr. Maintenance Reliability
Consultant, where he led development and implementation of Total
Production Maintenance (TPM) Reliability Centered Maintenance
(RCM), Planned Maintenance Optimization (PMO), Reliability
Analysis, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Preventive and Predictive
Maintenance programs, Lubrication Excellence, Spare Optimization
among others for several global clients.

By signing the Registration Form, the contracting organization (hereinafter referred to
as “the client”) acknowledges that it has read, understood and accepted the Terms and
Conditions outlined hereunder.
The client is liable to make payment in full to Fleming Gulf within 5 working days from the
date of issue on the invoice. Fleming Gulf reserves the right to refuse entry to any client
who has not paid the invoiced amount in full. The client may be requested to provide
a credit card guarantee against the outstanding amount if full payment has not been
received.
All sales are final. There will be no refunds for any cancellations, partial or in full, made by
the client. If the client decides to cancel, the full invoice remains payable. Fleming Gulf can
grant to the client a Credit in full for the amount paid by the client to Fleming Gulf if the
cancellation is made prior to a period of 30 days before the date of the conference. The
Credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue and is redeemable, up to the value
of the Credit, for participation at any Fleming Gulf conference or training. In the event of
a cancellation made by the client less than 30 days prior to the date of the conference,
Fleming Gulf will not make a refund, nor will issue a Credit.
Fleming Gulf reserves the right to modify the content, timing, speakers or venue of the
conference should circumstances dictate. The event may be postponed or cancelled due
to acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure or
any event beyond the control of Fleming Gulf. Should such a situation arise, Fleming
Gulf endeavours to reschedule the conference. However, Fleming Gulf cannot be held
responsible for any cost, damage or expenses incurred by the client as a consequence of
the conference being postponed or cancel.
