Rich Mellott | President
Rich is responsible for the strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and growth of DIGIOP Technologies.
He brings 18 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, operations, sales and marketing, and technology
design, of which 10 years have been in the video security industry.
Bill Hobbs | Vice President of Sales, North America
Bill leads the sales and customer service teams throughout the U.S. and Canada; the Certified Integrator
Partner Program; distribution sales; and the Dell sales channel. He brings to DIGIOP over 30 years of
executive management experience in various technology industries.
Cesar Gonzalez | Vice President of Sales, International
Cesar has been instrumental in developing widespread international brand recognition of DIGIOP’s
products. He brings over 15 years of experience in international marketing in the CCTV, Access Control,
Fire and Burglary markets.
Tim Marks | Vice President of Product Development
Tim is chartered with leading DIGIOP’s agile software development team. Tim has 19 years of software
development experience, including 11 years in the video software and security industry.
Wayne Schroeder | Vice President of Finance
An experienced financial executive and CPA, Wayne has served as Controller or Chief Financial Officer
for companies primarily in the technology, electronics, and medical industries for more than 30 years.
