Slide 3: The Big Idea (pages 78-79)
PC gaming offers you a better experience than console gaming, with more possibilities and for less money.
You can’t hook up 2 TVs with a console. But you can hook up as many monitors as you want with a PC. They don’t even have to be the same resolution or brand.

Slide 4: What’s in it for your audience? Explain why your topic is important or worth discussing.
Pc gaming will save you money! Are you against saving money? I invested $750 in my PC and saved $2000 on games, theoretically gaining $1250.
By gaming on a PC as opposed to a console, you will save money on every game you buy and you have a much better experience with PCs!

Slide 5: Why should your audience listen to you? Explain your ethos (personal experience, expertise, and credibility).
I used to play on consoles until I built my PC. The change is so mind-blowing and wonderful, it physically hurts me to play on a console!

Slide 6: Call to Adventure (pages 38-39)
What is: Anyone currently playing a console game is henceforth known as a console peasant. You are dirty, filthy, and will not be allowed near royalty.
What could be: You could become gaming royalty. By building your own PC, you will gain a wonderful connection to the higher-ups and will transform from a filthy console peasant to a PC Gaming God!

Other peripherals, aside from your basic gamepads, can be used as well. This includes, but is not limited to, arcade controllers, joysticks, dance mats, and even instruments.

Slide 15: Factual or emotional evidence
The only thing holding you back from having 16 monitors running your game of Battlefield 4, maxed out, at 20,480 x 2,880 is your graphics cards and the amount of PCI-e slots.

Slide 16: Factual or emotional evidence
Even having only two monitors running at 1080p side-by-side is a big step up than being confined to one TV, with an internal resolution of only 720p.

Slide 17: Call to Action (pages 42-43)
Before going out to build a PC (but don't let me stop you) have a pad of paper and take a note of any games you buy. Note the money amount, plus tax. Then, when you get home, check the price of the game on Steam. At the end of the month, or year depending on your buying habits, note the amount of money you could have saved by buying the games on PC. (Nintendo games do not apply. Nintendo only allows their games on their consoles.)
Steam has over 90 games that are Free to play. Not to mention literally thousands of Indie Developers will release their games for free, or for less than $5.
