universities may suffer from stress due to a wide variety of reasons, such as personal issues and

failing in concentrating on their work, and sometimes making choices is difficult for them. Stressed

why we feel so pressured when we have to do presentations, well that's why this paper is being
created. In this day and age, adults don't get the stress that us teenagers go through nowadays,
because the times change and what was stressful then, may not even be stressful now. For some
people it's because their voices are changing, others don't like the feeling of everyone's eyes on
them. "They're probably watching every move I make and silently judging me" is what I think a
lot of teenagers think or feel during a presentation. I hate being in the spotlight, so I hate having
everyone's eyes on me. I'd be invisible if I could be. During this time in our lives our anxiety is at its
current fullest, so of course we'd be nervous showing off something we did, to people who can
