Military work history.
 U.S. Army Oct 1980to Oct 1983 as a Hawk-missile crewmember. Involved in rewriting the Field
Manual for 16 delta Crewmembers for the conversion from the Standard Hawk to the Improved
Hawk system in January 1981. Stationed 2/2ADA 32ADCOM Giessen WestGermany form
February 1981 till August 1982.Responable for maintenance of missile loader, launcher, and the
canning and de-canning ofthe Hawk missile Then 3/68ADA Ft Bragg August1982 till October
1983 Honorable Discharge, Rank E-5 acting.
 U.S. Navy January 1984 to October1992 as a Mess ManagementSpecialist. Was a Fleetstriker on
the U.S.S Independence CV-62 during S.L.E.P.. in the yards in Philadelphia PA.
Made rate in January 1986 as PO3 went to A school in March 1986 February 1987 promoted to
MS2. Then went MS C school in April 1987 .Graduated with Honors June1987. Port and Starboard
Galley Capt. for eightmonths total. Ships Butcher nine months. Bakery for six months. Other duties
included Installation of the first Automated Food Service Menu systemfor use on a Carrier. Also
MS and Mess Decks Trainer and Food Stores records keeper till PCS in October 1989 to N.A.S.
Meridian Miss Student Training Command Student housing Div.
P.C.S. to U.S.S. Peterson DD969 March 1991 as Galley Watch Capt. till May 1992 Captains
personal Chefand ships baker till early honorable discharge( wanted to go into medical Navy
wanted me to remain as a Chef ) in October 1992. Other duties were planning menus, ordering
food, and helped install Computerized Food Service System aboard the Peterson.
 Joined U.S Air Force Reserve December 1994 after Navy paper work caughtup from ship
Assigned to 445th ASTS Wright –Patterson AFB. Went to Hospital- man A School Wichita Falls TX
January 1995 till May 1995 .Then clinicals at Wilford Hall Lackland AFB till July 1995 Did combat
medical training in Texas. July 1995 till October1995 work additional duty on general medical floor
at Wright –Paterson AFB Hospital also worked with the AES on medical flights to different
countries.
Put in Paper work for early release to go back to the Army in the Reserves. Discharged Honorable
E-5 September 1997
 Joined Army Reserve June 1998 as a 91W Rank E-5 .Duties also included medical supply.
Also volunteered for the National Rifle and Pistol Matches in Camp Perry Oh for Four years
In 2003 volunteered for duty in IRAQ. Got orders in august 2003 to the 401 ST Trans Unit
Battle Creek Michigan as Unit Medic. Other duties included AsstTruck Master (Set-up ofconvoy
manning and equipmentlists), Unit Personal Medical Records, and Unittraining records,
International Contract Negotiations for the US. Army, while in Iraq. Retired April 8 2005
Civilian work history,
 Sept1995 to December 1998 Cardiac Unit Good Samaritan Hospital, along with part time in mental
health and the E.R.
 CBS temps from December 1998 till July 2003 because ofreserve duty and training.
 Wal-Mart from June 2007 till September 2010 with breaks for schooling.
