17. He is an angel investor and a serial entrepreneur, specialized in business development of various
tech driven startups and industries. He also has abundant experiences in tech industries in China,
South Korea and United States. He has held a CEO position at one of influential AR/VR
incubator/user platform in Beijing and he was a Head of Oculus VR, Korea and held senior positions
in LG Electronics, South Korea.
He has a master of engineering degree from Stanford University and bachelor of engineering degree
from Carnegie Mellon University. He has co-founded Shakr Media and Archisketch and led
Decentraland Foundation and BYOND XR as advisor and has prior working experiences in Sun
Microsystems, Motorola, and Boeing Co..

Richard D. Min is a Executive Partner at Startup Seoul and is Manager Director of Fashion
Technology Accelerator (Silicon Valley, Seoul, Milan) and formerly Cofounder of Seoul
Space and Kstartup (the first Asian accelerator funded by Google). He is an Accelerator,
VC/Angel, and entrepreneur.
Originally recruited by Google to lead Korea operations, he has been a Board Advisor,
Advisor, Mentor and investor for various startups, and has been working with Bloomberg,
CNBC, ABC News and more. Bowdoin College in Philosophy and Economics. NCAA
Championships Swimmer and Team captain and avid birder.
