4. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
Purpose: To prepare tools and knowledge for sales forces (PG/PM
Participation: KAMs, supervisors and guest speaker from Vinh Phat.

Product knowledge session has 2 main contents: Sauce and Rice segment.
Mr Tran Quang Thang (KAM) and Mr To Thanh Phong participated in training these 2 segments.
7. HR ROADSHOW
Purpose: Help PG/PM having deep understanding of Wilmar’s 6 core values
Participation: Mr Viet from HR department

Purpose: Standardize the file report to make more details of market
Tools: Excel and charts

This file report has 2 new chart: Market Share on dispatch and Marketshare on Display
To help PG/PM has an overview of market and company’s position on market
10. MARKET SHARE BATTLE
Description: This session is a game simulation. It describes market
share battle between companies.
PG/PM joined this game to answer products question and
compete each other by win the mini-challenge.
Market share of companies will be represented on board
Purpose: help PG/PM has recognized the importance of market
share and how to win marketshare
11. MARKET SHARE BATTLE
Market share of each team will be updated by minutes and represented on google sheet like above
After determination the market share, each team will choose market to compete
12. GAME MASTER TEAM
This team play an important role in this game
Mission: supervise and give advise for PG/PM to compete others.
13. SELLING BY KNOWLEDGE
Each team do selling by answering Product test
The more right answer, the more point will be received
15. SAMPLING 15%
Make salad by cucumbers and eggs will increase the revenue 15%
16. Wilmar CLV : The Secret box
Each team will have a secret box which contains random Food
Material.
Mission: Use all company products and Asian food to make a
Western meal.
