  same time in PowerPoint, and you can arrange

• Document properties include detailed information sucha

  slides will look on paper before you print them.

•   PowerPoint provides four paragraphs alignment options:

     •   Align Text Left

     •   Center

• Line Spacing: This allows you to more or less room
  between lines of a paragraph and lines.
• Use the Line Spacing buttom to adjust the spacing.
• Line Spacing drop-down list in the paragraph dialog box
  enables you to select from this setting:
  •   Single
  •   1.5 Lines
  •   Doubles
  •   Exactly
  •   Multiple

• Bullets: Small dots, arrows, circles, diamond, or other graphics.

• Bulled List: Set of paragraphs that each start with a bullet symbol.

• Use the Format Background dialog box to create and
  modify any backround.
• You can increase transparency, increase transparency,
  adjust the gradient.

• A footer is text that repeats at the bottom of each slide in
  a presentation.
• Use a footer to record the slide title, company name, or
  other important information that you want teh audience to
  keep in mind as they view the slides.
• A header appears at the top or every slide.
