Enter Course Information:
Replace Course Code-Sect with Course Code-Section for your class (eg. HIST 2301-WB)
Select COURSE CODE-Sect by clicking and dragging (so that all of that is highlighted)
Just start typing… the highlighted text will be replaced with what you type
Replace Course Title with actual title of your course (eg. United States History I)
Select Course Title by clicking and dragging (so that all of that is highlighted)
Just start typing… the highlighted text will be replaced with what you type
Replace Faculty Name with name of faculty teaching course (eg. Dr. Robert Baxter)
Select Faculty Name by clicking and dragging (so that all of that is highlighted)
Just start typing… the highlighted text will be replaced with what you type
Save As An Image
Click File tab
Select Save As… from File menu
Enter desired file name (eg. OCBanner_Hist2301-wb9)
Change file type to an image file
Save As Type PNG Portable Network Graphics Format (*.PNG)
Upload New Banner to Your Course
Log on to Blackboard
Access the desired course
Open Control Panel in Blackboard, under Course Management (Navigation panel on left of screen)
Click Customization
Select Teaching Style
Scroll down until you see 5. Select Banner
Click Browse My Computer button
Navigate to the banner location on your computer
Select the banner image, click OK
Click Submit button in lower right-hand corner
