The meeting discussed plans for Rashtriya Dalit Mahila Andolan (RDMA) for the next year. Key points discussed included: holding RDMA's annual meeting in October in Patna, organizing two training programs in August 2012 and January 2013, publishing two investigation reports and a newsletter before July 2012, creating an almira for RDMA files, arranging the files, suggesting an email address for communication, and having Ms. Huma visit the field once a week starting May 18th. Points discussed:
 Ms. Rajni Tilak guided Ms. Huma on RDMA’s annual report. Inputs were also given by
Ms. Sumedha and Ms. Jyoti.
 Mr. Ashok Bharti and Mr. Rajesh Upadhyay joined to discuss on the agenda for the
coming year.
 Mr. Ashok Bharti suggested for an almira exclusively for RDMA files and reports
 Ms. Jyoti Tomar would have to come to office for 2 to 3 days to arrange the files in the
almira
 Mr. Rajesh Upadhyay said that at present there are two people working for RDMA
 Ms. Jyoti Tomar shared about her last meeting in the field held on the 9.05.12. She also
shared the details of the women who stood for elections on behalf of RDMA.
 Ms. Rajni said that according to the project 3 programs need to be done. It was decided
that Annual meeting of RDMA will be held in the month of October in Patna. Two
training programs will be held in the month of August 2012 at Patna and the second in
the month of January 2013 in Devghar.

2.  It was also decided that the two investigation cases as well as Newsletter will be
published before July 2012.
 Ms. Rajni Tilak asked Ms. Sumedha to buy a camera for RDMA
 Mr. Ashok Bharti suggested for an email id for RDMA and current in depth news would
be circulated via the email id.
 In depth information can also be published in the RDMA newspaper
 Mr. Rajesh Upadhyay suggested that Ms. Huma should visit the field once a week.
 It was further decided that 18th
of May 2012 Ms. Huma would be visiting Sangam Vihar
