Introduction Las Vegas is the largest city in the state of Nevada in the United States of America. Commonly called the Entertainment Capital of the World has become one of the major tourist destinations thanks to its shopping and leisure travelers, but especially thanks to its casinos. Las Vegas is a city built above the desert, so it has an arid climate. It is one of the cities that consume more electricity because most of its buildings are decorated with lights. Las Vegas is an impressive city that attracts many tourists, so it's a city That move more money of the USA.
Histor y   Before the foundation of Las Vegas there wasn’t anything there, there was only desert and a little oasis. In 1855 the Mormons from Utah where the first settlers they abandoned the place in 1857 and the USA armey buield Fort Baker there in 1864. In 1905 Las Vegas became a railroad town. In 1931 gambling was legalized and the city became bigger.

Famous Monuments The most famous monuments in Las Vegas are the reproductions of famous monuments in  the world.  The poster of the entrance to the city is also famous. Poster of the entrance to the city Reproduction of the Eiffel tower Reproduction of the   Statue of Liberty
The vegetation of Las Vegas (Nevada)  is mostly made up of desert vegetation regions, which include plants like short grasses, low bushes, cacti, and shrub-like trees like the mesquite. The fauna is based on native mammals include the black bear, white-tailed and mule deer, pronghorn antelope, Rocky Mountain elk, cottontail rabbit, and river otter. The birds are the grouse, partridge, pheasant, and quail are the leading game birds, and also there is a diversity of trout, char, salmon, and whitefish thrive in Nevada waters. Rare and protected reptiles are the Gila monster and desert tortoise.
Las Vegas is a city full of imitations of famous sites from different countries or cities like Venice with canals and gondolas, the Sphinx and the pyramids of Luxor (Egypt), New York with the Statue of Liberty, Paris with the Eiffel Tower imitation …  In Las Vegas there are many casinos and huge hotels, but one of the most remarakable is Sratospher because is one of the taller buildings of Las Vegas, is a Casino and hotel at the same time and also because It has attractions in the top. Famous People Lance Burton (illusionist) Andre Agassi (tenist) Diego Corrales (boxer) Frank Sinatra (actor, singer) Elvis Presley (singer) Elton John (singer) David Copperfield (magician) Some of these people, only works ( or worked) in Las Vegas and other were born in Las Vegas
