fact, PI is visualizing the conflict with
cook and conversation with Buddhist as
                                           the violence between Hyena, Mother

7 Richard Parker going away into When many faiths will be conflicting

Rational Thought at the expense of any
other faith. He nurtures and nourishes it
with him, all along. But, when, final
shore is reached, he discovers that this
rational thought has nothing to offer to
him. It does not have any benevolence
for him. It is as lifeless, emotionless as
nature itself. It just vanishes in nature.

Finally,
• What is “Life Of Pi”? Why this Title? Why not “adventure of
  PI” or something similar….
   – Troubled Childhood (teased by everyone) to Religious
Explorations to Trans-Pacific-Voyage to Stable Family and
     Professional Life?
   – Shipwreck to Mexico Shore?
   – Are these two different? Is not one representative of another?
• Why PI?
   – Pi is a very strange number
   – Irrational number, but deterministic (can be generated thru eqn)
   –   Geometrical Reality { Is Geometry Real?? Platonic?? }
   – Reality beyond Rationality
