Z Entertainment is a Saudi company operating in the creative event and project management business. We’ve been working in the
industry for over a decade, and established our company in 2018. We specialize in Event Management, Project Management, Integrated

An accomplished professional with over ten years of expertise in Event management and execution,
business and marketing. After graduating from Cali State Northridge University, Maan Al-Zamil
became a co-founder and director of a range of successful companies. Maan has an established track
record of developing and implementing innovative events, projects and campaigns, utilizing
cutting-edge marketing strategies and creative promotions for various entities including Sharqiyah
Season, Tanween Ithra, DACO and Saudi Aramco, among others. A young Saudi entrepreneurial event
management and marketing specialist, who grew up in an extraordinarily advantageous climate; a
successful entrepreneurial family tree spanning decades of valuable exposure to business and trade.

A dynamic professional with a rich corporate experience and a graduate of CSULA, Abdullah Al Zamil
has over 10 years of experience in the education and training industry. Additionally, Abdullah has
knowledge and experience in all areas of entrepreneurship and management, an established history
in executing effective projects and has worked in multiple industries. Abdullah's experience in
finance, strategic planning, business management and marketing, enhances his ability to think
creatively and strategically. He has completed major projects such as Ithra Programs, Misk Art
Workshops, Management of Masaha at Misk, the Prince Faisal bin Fahad Fine Arts Gallery and Al
Muftaha Village in Al Souda Season, in addition to other art exhibitions and museums.

Australia, and a certificate of higher

Information Systems. Shahla
volunteered in various events in
Houston, London, and Melbourne.
She excels at planning and
operating events for different
industries, analyzing the market,
and collaborating with vendors
while also complying with
governmental regulations.
A creative professional with over 7
years of experience in design,
architecture, marketing, and
sustainability and a diverse work
history working on commercial,
residential, restaurant, education,
and parking redesign in London,
Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. Noor
has developed various campaigns
and solution models and has been
a guest speaker at the PLEA, ISEE,
and numerous other conferences.
A qualified professional with over 15
years of experience in portfolio
management, strategic procure-

vendor relations. Her previous
ventures include technology
projects for Fortune 100 companies
like AON, Dell and Chicago Public

procurement. He also has

staffing. She has a knack for

marketing and communication management and the handling of
both internal and external communications between the
organizations and their stakeholders, whether it was for their daily
operations or for the marketing and communication requirements
needed during campaigns and other programs.
All such communications were managed by our team members who
effectively steered the appropriate solution and services to the
stakeholders and management, and coordinated a formal work plan
such as managing troubleshoots promptly, planning and filling a

AT ITHRA
Project Brief:
In order to enhance visitor experience, Ithra launched the Ithra
Downtown Initiative, starting January 1st, 2021. This initiative
aims to bring in crowd sourced experience through an array of
indoor and outdoor dining locations, programs and
workshops.
Our Tasks:
• Securing one out of province fine dining restaurant,
Entrecote Cafe de Paris
• Securing two out of province semi-casual dining restaurants,
Bonzai, Japanese Grill and Sum Plus Things

AT MASAHA
Project brief:
‘Imprint’ exhibition was recently launched in October 2020,
and has drawn the attention of the Saudi and Gulf art
communities, as well as extensive coverage by various national
media outlets (such as MBC, Al-Akhbariya, Okaz), with visitors
exceeding 800 within first 2 weeks, in spite of COVID-19
restrictions and quota limitations. Imprint is a photography
and digital exhibition for Saudi-based artists and its
neighboring GCC countries to explore their definition of
identity, curated by Latifa Al khalifa.

AT AL ULAYA CENTRAL VEGETABLE MARKET
Project brief:
As part of Khobar's national festivities, the market was
designed to bring creative and imaginative development to
one of the city's most significant yet recently overlooked
places, to bring it back to life with vibrant hues in the form of
painted old architecture and the introduction of colorful,
large-scale sculptures and displays for produce, art and
handmade goods. " The Market" initiative was carried out in
the central vegetable market in Al-Ulaya, with a series of
events taking place on and after the Saudi national day,
including a farmer's market, an artist's market, food stalls and
a series of public activities. The Market project drew more than
13,700 visitors on National Day, with Covid measures applied.
Over the course of nine weeks, 75,500 visitors from all over
Saudi Arabia have been drawn, combined with the positive
influence on the local economy and local farmers, who have
earned a cumulative sum of 500,000 SAR.

AT MASAHA
Project brief:
‘Space: A tale’ exhibition was held at the Misk Art Institute in
2019, and attended by over 300 artists and a variety of VIP
guests and national artists from different countries. Several
media outlets and networks have covered the event, with an
overwhelmingly positive coverage, with the event reported as
one of the highest quality and professional art exhibitions in
the Kingdom to date. Working closely with curator Eman
Al-Gebreen, we organized the event from start to finish.

AT EASTERN PROVINCE
Project brief:
Ithra's creativity season, Tanween, is one of the annual highlights
of Ithra and it's when professionals from all around the world
gather and contribute to the season's events to help achieve its
mission of empowering, motivating and preparing a new wave of
innovators to become tomorrow's new leaders.
We had the pleasure of collaborating with Ithra on the Tanween
project for two consecutive years. Our operations include internal
branding for Ithra and street activation marketing.

AT MISK ACADEMY
Project brief:
Experts from various fields and industries offer a “1 hour” talk
through a moderated panel discussion. The goal is to build
awareness around subjects of interest for Saudi leaders and
working professionals. Discussion topics are across different
sectors of the market and how changing technologies
influence the job market and business conducts.
Our tasks:
• Designing the panel and the stage and seating area
• Fabrication of the stage and seating area
• Provided the design elements for the event
• Set up the lighting, sound and display screens for this
on-going monthly event.

41. “EP SEASON MARKETING
CAMPAIGN”
ALL OVER THE KINGDOM
Project brief:
Organized by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National
Heritage, the program featured over 80 different attractions
and events, in various sectors including entertainment, sports
and visual arts alongside with culture and history, in an
attempt to promote tourism and enhance local attractions.
Our tasks:
• Branding and presentations for the Royal family and higher
level of management. Presentation included information
regarding the concepts, duration, program information.
• A total of 9 branded booths all over the Kingdom.
• Provided booth operators and volunteers
• Designed branded giveaways to be handed out to all booth
visitors.
