Harinder Singh Ratti, MD, DNB, has expertise in Public Health, Primary health care,
hospital and health care delivery operations and strategic planning. Trained NABH
lead Assessor for hospital and health care institutions in QA. Having worked over 30
years’ in Armed Forces/Central Government as a public health practitioner in a multi
locational, multi-cultural environment with large population spread, his experience
ranges from implementing first contact care to supervisory, monitoring and
evaluation, policy level managerial strategic inputs. He now undertakes population
health management activities strategizing its delivery and implementation using QA
tools (Lean and six Sigma, Data analytics and BI, KPI and dashboards) effectively
with change management to enhance Patient safety.
