Working on a retained basis, through a structured
payment plan, ensures that an exclusive team can
act as an extension of the client’s recruitment

dedicated ‘delivery consultant’ and supported by

structured manner to successfully deliver critical
assignments on time.

Nathan Smith
Director
As Eximius Asia Pacific’s Country Director,
Nathan is responsible for the Hong Kong
office and heads up the In-House legal
banking team. Nathan joined Eximius in 2013
tobuild the legal recruitment offering and
lead operations in Asia for Eximius Group. He
has extensive knowledge of both the Hong
Kong Financial Services and Commercial legal
recruitment markets. Nathan has over eight
years’ experience recruiting and leading
teams across London, Sydney, Singapore
and Hong Kong.

Kate Reid
Associate Director
Kate has been in the industry for ten years, six
of which in Hong Kong, Kate delivers talent
services to both candidates and clients across
the region, managing a team of specialist
recruiters in risk, compliance and audit. Kate is
also a steering committee member of Women
in Finance Asia, Mentor to the HKU MBA
Women in Leadership club and committee
member of APSCO’s Women in Recruitment.
And is the founder of Suits for Success Asia.
In addition Kate leads corporate relations and
fundraises for Project Share, a charity that
works to bridge the social divide for under

Brad Miller
Director
Brad has over twenty years’ recruitment
experience, concentrating on senior roles through
investment and corporate banking. Within the
financial sector he has worked on mid to senior
management roles through professional services,
investment banking, wealth management and
advisory, finance and accounting and tax
services.
Brad has worked in recruitment in Asia since
1995 and has helped to build a number of major
