campus, this 85,000 SF one-story open high-

degree bend in it. At the hinge point of this
bend is the building entry lobby marked by
full-height aluminum curtainwall. The two
office wings radiating off the lobby are com-
prised of alternating bands of precast con-
crete panels and anodized aluminum ribbon
windows. This project won a Merit Award for
Precast from the New Jersey Chapter of the
American Concrete Institute and the New
Jersey Concrete and Aggregate Association.
CoreStates Financial Corporation - Headquarters Renovation
Contract interiors projects totaling over 75,000 SF
of corporate office space renovation in CoreStates’
Centre Square Philadelphia headquarters. Groups Deloitte Global Data Center
including Human Resources, Trust and Investment,
Appraisal, and Graphic Communications were part
of the renovations. The Human Resources Group
entailed the coordination of over two hundred
workers being relocated over two floors, while
maintaining occupancy on both floors. This project
complimented a full range of design services on
ten branch bank facilities, including three drive-up
