2. Tambo Del inka Resort
Urubamba, Peru
Project Description
The 194,000 ft² Luxury Hotel houses
128 rooms, multiple restaurant, bar
and lounge facilities, and includes
roughly 8,000 ft² of conference
space. The site is served by a
detached 10,000 ft² plant building.

3. Rogers Science and Health Building
Charlotte, NC
Project Description
The new 58,000 ft² science lab
building includes well-equipped
classrooms, state-of-the-art
laboratories, faculty and staff offices,
and practicum areas. The lab serves
a variety of disciplines on campus
and will also become a living lab for
students. The project is expected to
achieve a LEED® Platinum rating.

4. Frösunda Office Building
Solna, Sweden
Project Description
The new Frösunda Office Building is
an approximately 63,000 ft² , four
story building, consisting of general
office space with conference rooms,
storage rooms, private offices, open
offices, and an underground parking
garage. The project is expected to
achieve a LEED® Platinum rating.

5. Pre-Trial Containment Facility, P1310
Camp Lejeune - Jacksonville, NC
Project Description
The new 26,000 ft², 68 bed, multi-
story DoD level 1 confinement
security facility includes specific
confinement cells, detainee and staff
showers, administrative areas,
quarter deck, visiting area, dining
area, religious area, and library. The
project is targeting a LEED® Gold
Rating.

6. Hotel Paracas
Paracas, Peru
Project Description
This 200,000 ft² hotel complex
consists of 35 buildings, a two-story
spa, two-story restaurant, service
area building, physical plant building,
pool bar, reception building, two-
story conference center, bath house,
and 27 residence buildings of various
sizes with four attached residences.

7. East Coast Distribution Center
Four Oaks, NC
Project Description
This new 720,000 ft² facility will
serve as the East Coast distribution
center for Becton Dickinson. The
facility, consisting of a 15,000 ft²
office, 2,400 ft²shipping, and
702,500 ft² conditioned warehouse,
is expandable to more than 1.1
million square feet. The project is has
achieved a LEED® Gold rating.

8. Premier Headquarters
Charlotte, NC
Project Description
The project is a multi phased fit-out
of an existing core and shell building
for Premier, in the Ballantyne area.
The fit-out included the entire
252,000 ft² building, including a
10,000 ft² data center located on the
first floor. The data center included
the addition of a 120 Ton capacity
central cooling plant with N+1
redundancy. The project has
achieved a LEED® Gold rating.

9. Grandfather Mtn Learning Lodge
Linville, NC
Project Description
This project is designed to achieve a
Net Zero Energy consumption . The
building is a 25,000 ft² learning
lodge, consisting of a 10,000 ft²
exhibit space, two large meeting
rooms, research offices, field
research laboratories, and an office
suite for NC State Parks. This project
is expected to achieve a LEED®
Platinum rating.

10. Five Resource Square
Charlotte, NC
Project Description
Five Resource Square is an
existing 151,957 ft², four-story
class A office building. The
building serves multiple tenants
and offers a fitness center,
outdoor seating area, and easy
access to the surrounding area.

11. St Francis of Assisi Sienna Center
Raleigh, NC
Project Description
The building will be a two-story
classroom wing with a detached
single-story administrative wing.
Reverberation time analysis was
performed for 12 core learning
spaces to meet ANSI standard
S12.60-2002, Acoustical Performance
Design Requirements and Guidelines
for Schools. This project is expected
to achieve a LEED® Silver Rating.

12. Pupil Transportation Facility
Virginia Beach, VA
Project Description
This newly constructed maintenance
facility for Virginia Beach City Public
Schools achieved a LEED® Platinum
certification. Totaling 78,000 ft², the
facility is home to a fleet of over 750
buses for the city and includes a
maintenance building and an
administrative building to support
the operation.

13. Lakewood Montessori MS /YMCA
Durham, NC
Project Description
The project is a renovation of an
approximately 71,000 ft² , 3 story
building (55,000 ft² Renovation and
11,000 ft² Interior Infill), with a 5,500
ft² New Exterior Addition. The
facility has a full kitchen with café,
shared gymnasium with locker
rooms, 14 classrooms including 2
science rooms, media center,
wellness center with locker rooms,
and racquetball courts. The project is
expected to achieve a LEED® Gold
rating.

14. SAS Institute – Building T
Cary, NC
Project Description
Building T is a 220,000 ft², seven
story office building, supporting 650
offices. The building includes a
20,000 ft² cafeteria. The project is
expecting to achieve a LEED® Silver
EB+OM Silver certification.

15. CNU Science Building – Phase 1&2
Newport News, VA
Project Description
This project included the
construction of a new science
building (phase 1) supporting the
Biology, Chemistry, and
Environmental Science departments
and the renovation of an existing
science building (Phase 2) supporting
classrooms, offices, and a Vivarium
totaling 159,000 ft².

16. Newton-Conover Middle School
Conover, NC
Project Description
The project is a newly constructed
125,000 ft², three-story middle
school . The new school will have
classrooms for each of the sixth,
seventh and eighth grades, as well as
three teacher workrooms, two
exceptional children's classrooms,
two computer labs, and one room
each for choir, drama, band, art,
business keyboarding and a
technology lab. This project is
expected to achieve a LEED®
Platinum rating.

17. Wake Forest Town Hall
Wake Forest, NC
Project Description
This newly constructed municipal
facility is a three-story, 44,000 ft²
building supporting 70 employees
and several departments. The
building employs several sustainable
strategies, such as an under floor air
system, demand control ventilation,
natural lighting, efficient lighting,
automatic lighting control, and water
efficient fixtures. This project is
expected to achieve a LEED® Gold
rating.
