Gordon Manor Assisted Living Facility - Redwood City
Design adds 10,750 SF to an existing18,850 SF assisted living facility while preserving the original look and feel
The design was intentionally executed to appear residential rather than institutional in response to owner’s preferences
In contrast to a diminuative street presence the layout is organized around an expansive rear courtyard (shown)
Interior circulation is anchored by a multi-purpose / great room with a vaulted ceiling topped by a pyramid skylight
