department of the all departments admin department is handling
boll the factory and all department.

The administration department is also making the new police
for the company developing purpose and labour grooving
purposely they are making new polices like safety polices, Medical
police, Insurance police, and Environment police.
The athani sugars factory is going on the admin
department. The admin department is book boon of the factory
and all departments.
The admin department giving the suggestions to all
department for the improving the factory production and
introducing the new production to the society are people and the
main function are insurance, tender, correspondences and since
reinstalling.

Agriculture Department:-
Agriculture department is doing off season field
staff is allotted with village use cane service work. The enter serves is
updated in computer and accordingly list is prepared.
At the commencement of the season field staff
will prepared date wise harvesting program based on the list, there
after cat the cane cutting orders or issue?
Objectives:-
 To grow diseases and past.
 To grow maximum sugarcane in the near area of
operation.

person working together with a view to market the

product menu factored by the organization itself are
products purchased for sale.
 The sale result of the effort would maturely depend also

inward .quantity weight wherever necessary.

provided items wise in the receipt Coolum and as per the
concern department.
 All other than above item failing below the minimum stock
level position or nil position as per purchase department

utilized for dirking process.

alcohol from fermented mash and their knowledge was passed on
the Arabs who studies perfected the art of distillation between 7th
and 12th
century the first commercial style was built in 1808 in
farce.

 Main Process:-
Sugar content in the sugarcane juice in about 15 to 16
W/V out of this about 75 to 80% sugar are recovered for sugar
production and remaining sugar comes with the water santifition
and residual brownish liquid is the called as “molasses “
The molasses is chief readily raw material in the
production of alcohol molasses contains mainly sure rose sum
glusoscand factors, fructose in slates, gums, vexes etc.
Sugar present is the molasses are useful for manufacture
of alcohol during this process sucrose is first converted in glucose
and frcictore by invitee’s enzyme & them this glucose and fracture
is converted in to ethyl alcohol by the micro ----organisms (yeast)
so process is called as fermentation.
Fermentaion is process in which complex organic
substance in conperted in to simplex organic substance by the

secreted by micro--- organism
Alcohol fermentation is the process in which surcrrsc and
during sugar glucose and fructose are converted in to ethyl
alcohol and carbon dioxide by the action of enzyme invested and

Finance Department:-
This department work is to follow all
orders and instruction of administrative department and it also
includes maintaining the account and all types of accounting
works. It most important work is giving payment staff and every
month it includes cane accounts & general accounts.
 Cane Accounts:-
It general follows the orders of accounts
section and prepares harvesting bill, transport bill, commission
bill for harvesters and transports. Any advance payment for
crop growers, deduction in the amount if the quality of sugar
cane is low.
 General Accounts:-
This section maintains the accounts of
purchase, sales payment of bill and payment for employees.
Example: grattia, professional and income tax of employees’.

in various fields such as sugar, liquor, co-generation etc.
The company follows proper recording system. The
company moves to face the challenges of 21 century. It is well
