Do you know any place interesting place that I can visit in Langkawi island? Excluding the
famous location like telaga tujuh, cenang beach, makam masuri, kuah town and etcs.

We took the island hopping tour. My favorite island is Basah Beras. The water was so clear that
day, and no jelly fish anywhere. Best place to go for a dip! Also, take the snorkelling trip from
Langkawi. It’s about 45min boat ride from the town.

islands. However, regardless of your intention, most hotels will have events to herald in the New
Year the world over….Langkawi included. If it’s not raining, then beach parties and barbecues
are the norm.

Visitors travelling by road from KL have to drive to Kuala Perlis, the main take-off points by ferry
to Langkawi. It is about 30.5 Km from Langkawi Island and It provides the shortest route to the
island if compared to Kuala Kedah.
Basically the parking lots at Jetty are safe and do not park your car near to the jetty parking lot
coz there were cases of flooding during high tide.

Mahsuri story most likely is real and did happened and she could have cursed Langkawi. The
killing of Mahsuri most likely did took place.
Anyway……..(Curse doesn’t work in modern time).
The curse of Langkawi for 7 generation and her white blood (darah putih) must be CRAP!!! This
part is just a Cerita Dongeng.
