Dear Sir,
Sub: Report on the One – Day industrial visit
On receiving the letterofpermission from StyleTextile (pvt) Limited, Lahore, 38 students with two
faculty members (Mr. Shahbaz and Mr. Waqas Ashraf) went on an industrial visit to the unit on 13-06-
2015. We all assembled at the university at 07:30 a.m.and left the collegein our university bus. We
reached the factory at approximately 11 o’clock. An engineer-in-chargeofproduction received us at the
entrance.Aftersome refreshment he gave a briefintroduction to the unit. We were given masks to be
worn. Then he took us around from one section to the next and explained the process involved in the
making of Fabric ofknitting. The workers were doing the work concentrated. Everyone was wearing
masks. The visit came to an end at 02:00 p.m.
We left the premises at 2.10p.m. It was an informative, interesting and a successful visit.As students of
Textile Engineer, We learned a few helpful techniques used in knitting. We express our thanks to the
Rector who permitted us to go on the visit, the faculty members who accompaniedus and the officials who
explainedthe various departments. Behalfthe students I request you to arrangemoreindustrial visit for
students which can practically train the students.

Per day production is 25 to 26 tons and per month is 7 .5 lack to 8 lack kgs

Fleece jersey pique rib aretheir routinefabrics. Auto striper fabric and Terry is also produced
There were Circular 101 (Auto stripers also included in 101 machines), Flat knit 16 and 1 open width semi
jacquard as well. Also they unit have 5 fabric inspection machines. Their method for grading fabric is of
four point grading system.
The manufacturers ofmachines which they are currently using are;
1- Fukuhara
2- pai lung santoni maier &
3- Cie terrot orizio monarch.

To provide ourcustomers with best quality products and services in all sectors from knit to pack and to

Furthermore, looking forward for continuous improvements in our products and systems to meet the day
to day requirements in the ever changing scenarios internationally.

we are providing them. Its self explanatory that going along for such a long time is the best sort of
satisfaction from ourvalued customers/ buyers.
Future Plan
We plan to expand our business and ultimately expand our production facilities as well.
