AboutUs:
We introduce ourselves as FLAT KNIT MANUFACTURING COMPANY BASED ON 100% E.O.U, an established and
renowned Sweater manufacturing company in India Since 2007.
from Japan and Italy.
Our objective is to bring together the various processes of spinning, dyeing, designing and garment knitting under
one integrated head to enable quick lead times, removal of dye-lot minimums for high premium yarns and at the
same time use up our R & D at the mills for new yarns, blends and spinning techniques.
We can produce Sweaters and knitwear using various fibers such as Cotton, Viscose, Polyester, Nylon and also
luxury fibers such as Silk, Linen, Modal, Wool and Cashmere. Some of the new blends that we have tried at our
end are Cotton/Linen/ Viscose, Viscose/Cotton, Cotton/Cashmere, Silk/Cotton, Cotton/ Elastane, Modal, and
Modal/Cotton.
Our production set up of knitwear enables us to offer small lot orders.
We have hired competent professionals who have deep industrial knowledge, using which they gratify the
demanded of patrons. By making use of modern machinery, they manufacture the offered Sweaters in
Various designs, patterns, and color combination and as per the given details so as to ensure the satisfaction
of patrons.

3. QualityPolicy:
Being a quality driven company, we lay massive emphasis on the quality of our sweaters. Our sweaters are
noted for their quality workmanship. We ensure that the fabric is of the finest quality. A lot of emphasis is
laid on the designs, color and strength of garments. Style is as important as quality is significant. All our
products are subject to in-house scrutiny for multiple times. The scrutiny begins from the receiving of raw
materials. The raw materials procured from outside are checked thoroughly by the experts to determine the
parity between their quality standards and ours.
Our quality control begins at the very initial stage of designing. We are extremely particular regarding our
quality and ensure it at every stage. Our design team ensures that each product is of high quality and in
accordance with the customer preferences.
Linking & Stitching quality is ensured by our supervisors during the production stage. After the final packing
has been done we finally carry out a statistical quality control as per the norms of MIL-STD-105E AQL 2.5%
SOCIAL AUDITS:
Our Factory strictly follows and meets the social compliances and it has been audited and certified by the big
social auditing bodies like ICS code of conduct for major European customers and also SOCAM auditing for the
buyer C&A.
