Musical Aptitude Test - Ruth Sackey
Thank you for returning your Musical Aptitude Application form. We would like to invite you to bring your
daughter to take a short listening test on Wednesday 13 November at 4.00pm.
The test will take place in the Performing Arts block and will last for 15-20 minutes. All students and
parents will need to register on arrival in Spinney Theatre Foyer. Parents will be able to wait in the foyer
while the test takes place. Car parking spaces are limited on the main school site and access is needed
for school buses at this time of day so please try to use the car park on the left hand side at the bottom
of Spinney Hill Road. There will be no access from the car park to school via the padlocked gate so you
will have to walk up Spinney Hill Road to the main school entrance.
You will be informed by Monday 18 November whether your daughter has been successful in the short
listing process. If she is successful she will be invited to continue to the second stage of the process.
Please confirm receipt of this letter and whether you will be able to attend for the first round by
telephoning Margo Lyons on 01604 679547 or by emailing mlyons@nsg.northants.sch.uk. If, at any
point, you decide to withdraw from the process please let us know.
