2. Plan of Action
Step 1: What is your mission? Define exactly what your group hopes to
accomplish.
Step 2: What will you do? List the activities you need to do to accomplish
that goal.
Step 3: When will you do it? Put those activities in order of what needs to be
done first, second, and so on. Then assign completion dates
Step 4: Who will do it? Decide who will be responsible for completing each
activity. Will only one person be needed, some or you, or all of you.
Step 5: What materials will you need and who will make them? Flyers,
posters, polling supplies, etc.
Step 6: Turn in the finished plan by end of class for a group grade.

• ON CAMPUS INTERVIEWS/SURVEYS - Ask what policies are
in place.
• LIBRARY RESEARCH - Books, magazines, Internet search
• CREATIVE WAYS TO SHARE- Art, Music, Theatre,
• GUEST SPEAKER- (Must be approved)- 10-15 min
maximum
• DOCUMENTARY- 5 min maximum
• PHONE CALLS- Have a script of questions to ask
• COLLECT STATISTICS – Registrar, county clerk, board of
elections, etc.
