This document compares the presentation software PowerPoint and Prezi. It finds that while PowerPoint is widely available and can add a professional touch, it has a learning curve and may be cost prohibitive. Prezi, on the other hand, is web-based and free to use online, making it easier for novice users. Though its templates can be limiting, Prezi allows for collaboration and sharing presentations anywhere. Based on Prezi's lower costs, easier use, and collaborative features, the document recommends Prezi for the school's needs in helping students meet instructional goals.

3. Presentation Software
Recommendation
Based on features of the evaluated presentation software, I would
recommend the school use Prezi for its needs. I base this
recommendation on the following:
1. Cost of software against budgetary concerns.
2. Ease of use with a noticeably less training requirement.
3. Collaborative feature valuable for classroom instruction.
4. Software can be used across multiple system platforms.
The use of this program will help the instructor better enable the
student to be successful with their educational goals concerning
the use of presentation software.
