2. Do you need a Council permit?
o The bin company will contact you if you do,
however it is always preferable if the bin is
placed on private property to avoid the need to
get a permit.
Check with your local council to see if they
require that you apply for a permit to place the
bin on public property such as footpaths.
3. How does the Compare skip
Bins rating system work?
• when there is a downgrade to skip hire
companies rating they will lose 1% that will be
returned in 28 days.
• When Compare skip Bins receives poor
feedback from a paid customer, we consult with
the skip hire company to discuss the feedback
with them and ensure the complaint is genuine.
4. • If there are inconsistencies or unrealistic
expectations, Compares kip Bins will not
list a downgrade unless there is a definite
case of poor customer service.
• Compare skip Bins does not mediate or
help to resolve any issues
between the skip hire company
and the customer.
