Root Cause & Explanation
1. The system does not provide
an application where users can
talk privately.
Root Cause :
Kickstarter does not provide a
private message application for
the users who want to make
their transaction private.
Explanation:
Kickstarter gained a lot of users
and they were able to
communicate through the
comment box but some users
would like to make their
conversation a little private. So
for them to have an easier
access to each other Kickstarter
would need to create a message
counter.
Root Cause :
Rapid increase in projects
without having a proper
organizer.
Explanation:
Since kickstarter has a lot of
project makers, some projects
cannot be found in a very neat
and easy way. Buyers were
unable to find their desired
products easily.
Root Cause
Kickstarter does not set certain
requirements and standards for
the projects being promoted.
Some users
Explanation:
Some users create a project
containing nothing, sometimes
some projects is just as scam.
2. The system does not have
an organized list of the
products being sold or
promoted.
3. Some users create
inappropriate and/or fake
projects.
Solution (by the product)
1.
Kickstarter will now
allow its user to send
and receive private
messages that can
only be seen by the
person who sent it and
by the person to
whom it was given.
2.
Kickstarter will now
filter all the projects
that has been
uploaded and
categorize it according
to which genre it
belongs for a better
browsing for the
customers.
3.
Kickstarter will now set
some requirements for
all the project makers
and their projects
before promoting it so
that there will be no
empty project or
scams that may
destroy the trust of the
customers.
3. 2.
Objectives
1. To provide the users a trusted application and a good service.
