She then learned that there are two types of people:

First,

gaps and solve problems, and
anoint yourself to the role
that solves it

seize leadership roles
Lastly,

16. Don’t let other people
dictate you. Look
around for holes, find
ways to leverage your
skills and experiences,
be willing to make the
first move, and stretch
beyond what you’ve
done before.

takes hard work, energy, and drive –
but these are the assets that set
leaders apart from those who wait for
