Teams of 4-5 learners (Learner's Study Teams or LSTs) work together to listen to podcasts, attempt questions, and take tests, which helps instill a culture of learning and develop long-lasting friendships. The LST approach reduces the burden on educators by allowing them to teach teams rather than individual learners. Additionally, the Partnership Program for Reimagined Education (PPR) helps bring together educators, tutors, and volunteers to work as a team to meet common objectives, including allowing educators to teach classes remotely and volunteers to mentor learner teams for a year.
