The following is the Testing process followed by XYZ
Consulting Testing team.
1. Identification of Requirements to be tested during the
Sprint planning / project initiation based on the Product
backlog.
2. Estimate and develop the Test strategy in line with the
stories selected for the sprint
3. Design the Test cases based upon the Functional
requirement documents
4. Functional Test case execution and management of Test
cases on the test environment set.
5. Report defects on the Bug tracking tool. Perform
Regression testing for bug fixes done

Current Project Description :
“Tixr” is a Ticket management application designed using cutting
edge technologies for giving the music lovers and event goers in
US, Canada & Mexico a hassle free ticketing experience. The Tixr
application is designed for both vendors and audiences to be used
by users before, during and after the show.
The Tixr applications include both Desktop applications as well as
Mobile Apps.
Testing Scope:
The scope of the project includes testing the Tixr applications on
Heterogeneous environment which includes multiple Operating
systems ( Windows and MAC iOS X) on multiple browsers.
