• Managing Director Ms. Shobha Shandilya has a vast experience of 18 years in HR, Sales & Marketing,
Corporate Communications, Logistics, Purchasing, Organization Development, Human Resources, on
Regional and all India basis in various industries including Manned Guarding industry
industry.
• Director Operations Col. T Saikia, an Alumni of NDA and an Instructor in IMA to train fresh engineering
graduates, and later served as Black Cat Commando in NSG, has also served corporate, Hyatt Regency
as chief security officer, wherein he was also involved in providing security to Mr. Richard Armitage Ex
secretary to foreign affairs US, thereafter he joined DLF as GM Security & Safety of Commercial and
Retails.
• Advisory member Mr. Alok Shandilya has a vast industry experience of 25 years . He has headed
different departments at National level during his tenure with Modi Group.

11. Training Facility
•Major (Retd) Bikram Singh our training instructor has 42 years of
combined experience in defense forces and entrepreneurial
ventures.
•All our manpower deployed carries the job descriptions for their
references.
•Every fortnightly we conduct fire training and evacuations drills on
site under supervision of our instructors qualified from Nagpur Fire
Safety College.
•Disaster management training and immediate medical
resuscitation training is done once in a quarter for our Supervisors
and SO’s by qualified personnel's NDMA and from St. John’s
Hospital.
