Overview
Certain Specific Variance in the State of General Well Being in the Last about 25 Years
About 25 years ago the retirement age – around 58 years
Bypass surgeries isolated cases
Diabetes very small numbers
Women
Set in of Menarche about 12 to 13 years
Menopause about 55 years
As of 2014
Usage of stents even in teenagers, if can make it to hospital
Hypertension a considerable number of people
Diabetes a considerable number of people
Women
Set in of Menarche about 8 to 9 years, increasing numbers being reported
Menopause dwindling around 40 years & dropping, few even 35 - 36
Early set in of menarche and early menopause are reported to drastically increase the risk
of heart related problems, bone related issues, breast cancer etc.
A Probable cause
Metabolic Acidosis related to the practice of drinking liquids early morning [waking at odd hours -
people working in shifts] on empty stomach and consumption of milk - hot & milk products after
6.00 pm or within about 5 hours of sleeping [for people working in shifts] in all persons over 3
years of age - including nursing mothers, pregnant women and sick people
Plausable explanation
Such intake of drinking liquids early morning [waking at odd hours - people working in shifts] on
empty stomach seems to dilute the accumulated acid in the stomach and stimulates the stomach
to produce more gastric juice and results in irritation of stomach, which also aggravates the
gastric problems in patients with gastritis.
Seemingly associated side effects
Exhibited through various unrelated one or more acquired signs and/or symptoms viz.
acidity; backache; pain or discomfort in the chest; stomachache; bloating sensation; constipation,
piles; irritation in the abdomen (gastritis); headache either in forehead, full or a part of head;
swelling under the eye; joint pains – small or large; pain in shoulder; pain in neck; swelling in
either/ or face, arm, shoulder, wrist, leg, ankle or foot; swollen finger accompanied with or
without pain; popping of eye(s); pain in legs or shins – cramps; lethargy, fatigue, weakness;
confused feelings; obesity; muscular wasting; asymmetrical body parts etc.
Remediation
Eating of suitable two biscuits made with basic ingredients only viz. marie, glucose, baked
wheat etc. tends to generally resolve the side effects in a majority of the cases, when taken
early morning on empty stomach. This, 15-20 minutes later, can be followed by usual
consumption/ intake of liquids (includes drinking water, the tea, coffee, milk, fruit juices, and
carbonated drinks, sharbat, concentrate - kaada etc.).
People taking medical interventions in the early morning on empty stomach must try to
restrict accompanying water intake to 1 teaspoon. Maintain an interval of 30 minutes
between the intake of the said biscuits and further 15-20 minutes later can be followed by
usual consumption. Consumption of more than 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of accompanying water is
being seen to influence the symptoms stated above.
Milk & milk products must not be consumed after 6.00 pm or within about 5 hours of sleeping
[for people working in shifts] by all persons over 3 years of age - including nursing mothers,
pregnant women and sick people

Indicative Substantiating & Generalized Criteria
Our ancestors were predominantly agriculture based for subsistence. The practices adopted for
maintenainence of day to day activities involved the consideration of lack of facilities in those
times. Such amenities, amongst others, were predominantly shortage of clean water, sanitation
facilities and electricity. The working schedule then accordingly adapted was drinking clean water
abundantly before leaving the house at about 4.00 am for ploughing of fields, lunch at about
12.00 noon with onion red or green chilly – region specific, winding up at about 4.00 pm and
leaving back for home, having dinner before sunset and half an hour later used to be followed by
drinking a glass of milk usually of around 1.25 litres capacity.
The capacity of a male and female was enormous. Males used to plough the agricultural fields
themselves and females used to cater to the household chores with a family size of about 55-65
people while simultaneously attending to the visitors who used to stay back for about a fortnight.
Present day scenario has now shrunk the family circle gradually from large families, joint families
to nuclear families.
Men coping with the fast changing environment, especially socio economic factors are now-a-days
riddled with heart and other metabolic illnesses. Women living conditions, while discharge of
various responsibilities and obligations, are increasingly witnessing an abnormal rise in the
number of individual disorders viz. acidity, gastritis, water retention, backache, joint pains, cysts,
fibrosis, poly cystic ovarian disorders, heart & menses related problems etc.
Need for transformation of established practices in rural settings to convergence in urbanized
scenario with rapid technological advances; coupled with briskly changing socio – economic
conditions.
Regional & Seasonal Food – The basic region specific adapted intake practices are not being
followed
Seasons are four in number namely hot, humid, spring & cold. We are warm blooded animals and
the eatables we consume primarily have a hot or cold effect on human body so the adaptation of a
particular practice throughout the year for attaining super health is practically unfounded due to
the associated adverse effects.
Technically not correlated so far, but people are generally deriving immense benefits by
remediation being provided for the seemingly side effects manifesting due to adherence to the age
old practices that was a related adaptability mechanism in that scenario.
