SYNOPSIS

With over 3 years of experience in many different roles and in many different kind of
business, I’m always highly appreciated to be a proactive member of the QA team.
Specially, during working as a Project Manager Assistant for CMMI project, which is
established to improve Quality Management System (QMS) as well as to enhance maturity
ability of my organization (LARION Computing Co. Ltd.) based on CMMI-Dev Level 3
standard and working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at the present, I accumulated
valuable knowledge and skills.
Besides, I’m always improving more my knowledge as well as soft skills to meet new
challenges. Now, I’m also finding a chance to affirm myself in the working environment
which enhances contribution and learning.


EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

March, 2012:       Got PMBOK Lite 4.0 certificate (PMBOK stands for Project
                   Management Body Of Knowledge) – a certificate of project
                   management, issued by Management Quality Institute (MQI)
March, 2011:       Got Internal Auditor certificate, issued by Tri Viet Consulting Limited

May, 2011:         Got PMBOK Lite 4.0 internal certificate, issued by LARION Computing

December, 2010: Completed the CMMI-Dev Level 3 course (CMMI stands for Capability
                Maturity Model Integration) – a course of quality management system
                improvement for software companies, is financed by Ministry of
                Information and Communications
October, 2008:     Graduated from HCMC Economy University with major in Banking

And attended many kind of other small courses related to soft skills which were not issued

WORKING EXPERIENCE

       July, 2012 – Present
        Quality Assurance Engineer – LARION Computing, HCMC (www.elarion.com)
        After closure of CMMI project, I come back to work as a QA Engineer for QA unit.
        My major responsibilities are:
             To perform periodic audit to ensure that the software projects comply with
              project’s defined processes as well as the functional units comply with the
              organizational standard processes
             To audit the documents to ensure quality of the documents before baseline
             To manage and maintain data belonging to organizational process asset
              library
             To verify measurement data sent by the software projects monthly
             To make plans, reports according to QA Head’s requests


       March, 2011 – June, 2012
        Project Manager Assistant – LARION Computing, HCMC (www.elarion.com)
        Beside I’m taking role of Quality Assurance Engineer, I’m also working as a Project
        Manager Assistant for CMMI project. Being one of core project members, my major
        responsibilities are:
             To follow up progress of projects chosen for appraisal and report to my Project
              Manager
             To resolve administration and communicate with the relevant stakeholders
              (Representative of Ministry of Information & Communications, Project
              Managers, consultant, etc.) to discuss necessary information
             To define documents related to project management. Ex: Communication
              Plan, Project Management Plan, Configuration Management Plan, etc.
             To review and appraise other software projects whether has complied with set
              of organizational standard processes or not
             To collect all related evidences to get readiness for official appraisal
              implemented by Software Engineering Institute (SEI), USA
             To attend almost meeting with my Project Manager and consultant to take
              notes meeting contents and distribute to project team later
             To work with the other team members to create evidences for the appraisal,
              particularly the evidences for SEPG which is responsible for improving and
              maintaining organizational QMS

        Quality Assurance Engineer is the first position I’ve worked for LARION company.
        With the position, I’m member of QA unit and my major responsibilities are:

   To hold and take part in the internal audits to ensure the Software
               Development Center (SDC) and the functional department / units comply with
               processes / regulations of organization based on ISO 9001:2008 standard
              To define new processes / regulations, or update and improve the existing
               ones to be suitable for the current business situation
              To define training materials, such as ISO 9001:2008 training video, newcomer
               guidelines, or how-to documents, etc.
              To summarize quality objectives statistics of SDC and the functional
               department / units and report to Board of Director (BoD)
              To monitor, baseline and distribute the Quality Objectives of organization and
               related documents to staff via email and the internal website
              To interview internships for QA unit
              To be presenter of almost meetings held by QA unit
              To support other functional department / units as requested. Ex: Admin unit,
               HR unit or Media & Culture unit, etc.
