After months of great work we are pleased to publish Wilkinson's Wheels - Draft Strategic Plan 2018 - 2023. Thanks so much for all this input, discussions, feedback and encouragement.

About Wilkinson’s Wheels

Wilkinson’s Wheels has a vision to become an ethical, sustainable, social enterprise engaging our thriving
local community. Our thriving community space, workshop and bike shed are kindly hosted by Macedon
Nursery Garden Supplies, Macedon.
Our main purpose is to support and contribute to the local community and its wellbeing, aiming to achieve
this by using community-led resources to sustainably build skills to:
• Engage in training and outcomes based activities for all ages and abilities;
• Enhance mental, physical, environmental and community health capacity; and
• support local tourism,

• Scale up the collection, fixing, activities and fund raising from recycled second hand bikes to
provide funds to grow and improve the business to return profits to the CFA.
• Continue to donate recycled bikes to the Macedon CFA fleamarket
• Create a model that can be picked up by other communities/CFAs.
• Establish a valuable community asset at the bike shed that can thrive through involvement from
all ages and abilities.
• Support the incubation of other community initiatives including hosting meetings, sharing ideas
and collaboration.
