This document presents a case report of a rare case of head injury coupled with electrocution. A 23-year old male teacher was found dead alongside the road with injuries to his head and hands. An autopsy revealed a contusion on the top of the head with subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhaging, as well as multiple electric burns on both hands and legs. The injuries were determined to be ante-mortem and homicidal in nature. The assailant inflicted a head injury and then electrocuted the victim in an attempt to conceal the homicide and make it appear accidental.
