We are based in Bromley in Kent and work throughout London and the South East, we
carry out a range of high quality cleaning contracts, grounds maintenance and window
cleaning services for managing agents, property developers and residential companies
and commercial clients.
We work predominantly with management agents, residential associations, offices,
housing associations and building management companies since 1987 and some of our
client base and staff date back to this time.
All the staff are very carefully selected and trained to provide a conscientious, trustworthy
and hard working workforce. Our Team Leader carries out site inspections to ensure the
contract is being maintained to the required standard and to discuss any particular
requirements from the client.
It is not just the good staff that is a pre-requisite to a successful business but also good
communication. This is achieved by having site/client notes for all contracts so that our
staff can write reminders for themselves and read any requests from the clients.
All our maintenance contracts are assigned with one or two team leaders and one
assistant. It is the company’s policy not to change team leaders or assistants once
established on a contract unless it is absolutely necessary.
