I had the privilege to work with Suzanne at Twickenham Platinum mine from 2010 to
2012.
She was our HR liaison with the project team to book medical, inductions and loading on
the SAP system and onboarding of new staff. During this time she also had to implement
a new system for doing this.
She had a difficult time in implementing the new system / procedures with all new
contractors be on boarded but with her always willing to help personality, made it look
effortless. Always had a smile on her face but was stern in implementing the system and
procedure.
