1. Safety helmets must be worn. 2. Children must not play on this site. 3. Unauthorized person is not allow to access. 4. First aid equipment must be located in the site office. 5. Eye protection must be worn. 6. High visibility clothing must be worn in this area. 7. Protective footwear must be worn. 8. Smoking is not allowed in the site. 9. Identify and mark any hazardous materials. 10. Inspect equipment to be sure it is working properly. 11. Accidents must be reported. 12. Beware of trucks. 13. Know, understand and follow safety program. 14. Do not use damaged tools. 15. Use the proper tool for the designated task.
