Making
Money
Doing
What
You
Love:
The
Louvre.
Agents
tried
to
impress
Dan
Brown
(writer
of
the
bestseller
The
Da
Vinci
Code
which
plays
for
a
large
part
in
Paris)
early
in
his
career
on
the
story
that
most
authors
teach,
speak,
or
have
a
day
job
to
supplement
their
meager
advances
and
earnings
from
writing.
Dit
that
deter
Dan
from
making
writing
his
career
choice?
No,
he
couldn’t
think
of
anything
he’d
rather
do
for
the
money.
Besides,
he
didn’t
do
it
for
the
money.
That
said,
he
gotta
live.
And
why
not
live
well?
It
is
the
limiting
story
you
tell
yourself
that
you
can’t
or
shouldn’t
make
more
from
your
creative
enterprise
that
keeps
you
from
making
more
money.
Dan
Brown
decided
to
aim
higher.
I
decided
to
rewrite
my
story
about
making
money
doing
what
you
love
and
aimed
higher.
There
are
plenty
of
writers
out
there
–
like
Dan
Brown
–
who
are
talented
and
motivated,
who
are
able
to
write
about
what
they
love
and
make
money
without
compromise,
many
making
over
Euro
100.000
a
year.
I’m
staying
focused
on
them.
If
someone
else
is
making
good
money
in
your
field
at
this
moment,
then
it’s
possible.
But,
but
…….NO!
If
you
work
hard,
continue
to
2. improve
and
start
to
tell
a
story
in
which
you
believe
in
yourself
and
your
talents,
combined
with
placing
a
higher
value
on
your
time,
uniqueness,
contribution,
and
so
on,
you
can
and
should
make
money.
People
with
far
less
talent
are
making
more
than
you
(You
and
I
meet
them
all
the
time),
so
drop
your
limiting
story
that
you
aren’t
good
enough
to
be
paid
well
and
to
make
a
fortune.
Go
down
on
your
knees
on
the
Louvre
square
like
Langdon.
Look
down.
You
will
find
have
found
your
own
“Da
Vinci
Code”.
