Whole-Spectrum Knowledge: Put a Value on People, Optimise the Value By Peter Anyebe
Our Aim We have sought to do the following: Put a Value on people, according to the Content of their Character. Extract the component of character that is relevant to the employer of labour. Outline a procedure for optimising value 3
The Outline of our Work We conclude as follows: The Model Human is therefore a Lover, L who is Valuable, A2according to the capacity to rise above (Appreciate, A1) the object and reconstruct the form of phenomena; so that the Character, F2of, as well as the Procedure, Fnfor making, the phenomenon are represented on the same series. Formally: 4 ,[object Object]
Value is optimised according to what people doL = 1/A2 F2,       A1 = 1/A2      Fn = 1/F2 L = Love Index A2 = Evaluation Index A1 = Appreciation Index F2 = Character Index Fn = Procedure Index
Establishment We establish the above conclusion by the following models: The Behaviour Model: The Phenomenology Model: The Perception Model of Mind, PMM: The Natural Order: The Character Model: 5 R = f(P, S),          R = Response            R = S       S = Stimulus            P ->1       P = Personality √n = f(F, Rn),         Rn = Rationality Index             √n = Rn√n = Standard Procedure Index               F ->1         F = Personality Index   P = F  f0 = 4(1 – 1/√z),       z = ½(4 – 1/√f1)               f1 = Perception Index, N = 5                    f0 = Sensation Index, N= 1  Relativity: L = 1/A F2 Normality: A = L F2 Duality: L = A Fn                   Stimulus                   Attitude                 Motivation           Rn Pc              Ability   Personality, F Response √n Given Pc: Rn = 2Pc – 1 √n = 1/C Pc2: C = (3Pc + 1)/4 Rn = F√n

ValuesImmanuel Kant’s Natural Order, N-O Vs David Hume’s Personal Order, P-O People would therefore be evaluated against the values of the Native Human, which correspond to the Natural Order, N-O or Standard Procedure
The Natural Order Reason is supreme arbiter in ethics, but Beliefis the cutting edge for theology. The Natural Order, N-O harmonizes both, to define the Standard Procedure for the performance at task, as in the following series: 9 Relativity: L = 1/A F2, F = √(LA) Normality:A = LF2 Duality :L = AFn - ∞ 0 + ∞ A F L The Relativity Continuum Maxima, L2Phenomenon, F Minimax, A1 6. 10 Following Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity, GTR events in space can be seen from an infinite, ∞ number of positions (∞-d?) each of which defines a Perspective of the event By the Normality Model in Games Theory however, a game of infinite moves can be reduced into one, 1 unit move which is then iterated Plato’s Duality Principle is basis for the Optimum Perspective of phenomena The Duality Series in Operations Research presents an outline, which agrees with the 4-d space-time lattice of Einstein’s Special Theory of Relativity, STR L = 1/A F2 - ∞ 0 + ∞ A F L L = Positivity A = Negativity F = Relativity F = √(LA), A -> 1 L = AFn L = Forms A = Objects Fn = Conversion Constant 1. Whole-Spectrum Knowledge By the Perception Model of Mind, PMM a mind that is performing optimally would be capable of reducing phenomena into the five, 5 essential components. When these items are concatenated, so that they cumulate into the phenomenon that is described, which then becomes the sixth, 6th item, the series becomes the Standard Procedure Series. 11 f0 = 4(1 – 1/√z), z = ½(4 – 1/√f1) f1 = Perception Index, N = 5 f0 = Sensation Index, N= 1 1.
