1. Who are the employers elated to BINP? What do they do? 
2. Where do they operate?

4. The type of job do the employees do? 
5. What proportion of employees are male versus female? 
6. Where do the employees come from? 
7. What is the ethnicity of the employees? 
8. What are the constraints to employing more people from PA 
adjacent villages and parishes and how might these be 
overcome?

Methodolgy • Structured questionnaire completed by Employers • Focused on direct employment, directly related to BINP • Generated a list using local knowledge by BMCA staff and Researcher • Research Questions: 1. Who are the employers elated to BINP? What do they do? 2. Where do they operate? 3. How many people do they employ? 4. The type of job do the employees do? 5. What proportion of employees are male versus female? 6. Where do the employees come from? 7. What is the ethnicity of the employees? 8. What are the constraints to employing more people from PA adjacent villages and parishes and how might these be overcome?
