1. Role : Administrtor – Data Input / Data Cleansing
Location : Hatfield, Herts
Salary : £14,000 to £15,000
Our Client is a leading Debt Recovery firm having seen steady and continuous growth
in recent years. This growth has lead to the expansion of the existing client base and
subsequently the excellent staff that make the company a success.
Looking to grow further they now require experienced staff to work in their
collections department.
Role
Working within the Collection Department you will be assisting the team to increase
the success rate on contacting their Account base. This will be accomplished through
working together closely to ensure all required case information and additional data
are up to date and current.
Responsibility
• Support Collections Team with data checks, data cleansing.
• Assist with contact of Collection Team account basis to confirm details and
correct contact method.
• Conduct data trace activities
• Data input – i.e Address details, etc
• Use of systems like – Tracesmart and Creditsafe (training will be provided)
• Land registry searches
• Additional admin requests as required.
Ideal Candidate will have come from Customer Service, Administration, Database,
Sales, Telesales and Account Management backgrounds.
