15. SUMMARY
• The 1st Quarter growth has not carried into 2Q17 for Canada. Canada is on
pace for past two years average of 2.2%. The 2.2% growth rate is similar to
the growth rates from 2001-2015 (ex recession 2009)
• GDP in Canada is led by real estate and energy sector
• USA GDP has slowed as companies are still waiting for policies like Trade
and Tax to be implemented
