This is to certify that Mr.Paulvin Mathew, Chrirappurathu House, Elanji, Kerala was working
with us as an Instrumentation Engineer in various projects from 12th June 2012 to 20th October
2014. He was working 48 hours a week as a full-time employee and had a salary of
INR.1,50,000 per annum.
During the period of employment he performed the following duties:
 Coordinating numerous erection and commissioning projects in various oil & gas,
petrochemical, shipyard and pulp & paper industries across India.
 Performed the responsibilities of PTW holder in various contract sites and executed
various project activities.
 Analyze and review of P&ID, JB & Instrument location plan, Cable tray plan, JB wiring
schedule and inter-panel wiring drawing.
 Troubleshooting and manitenance of various Field Instruments like Sensors,
Transmitters and Control valves.
 Assisting onsite and offsite calibration of various types of transmitters and control
valves.
 Supervising and assisting the maintenance jobs in Power Boilers and Steam Turbine
Generators (Utility department).
 Analysis and testing of the programming logics and interlocks of the control loops.
 Organising and assisting various testing and commissioning activities with clients.
 Exposure and hands on experience in Yokogawa DCS (Centum CS 3000), function block
diagram (FBD) programming, PLC ladder logic programming.
