COMPRASSIVE STRANGTH , FLUXTURAL STRANGTH TOOLS.SOME EXPRINCES IN BATCH PLANT INSTULATION.LITTLE
EXPRINCES IN SEISMIC DESIGN.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : To provide the timely information to the team members to complete the project
1. Mentors others key skills and processes and shares best practices.
2. To study the P&IDs and give inputs to designers on pipe routing and modifications (if Engineer/Design engineers are not
available)
3. Checking of deliverables like Isometrics, GADs, Bill of Materials etc executed by the designers. (If Engineer/checker is not
available)
4. Final reviewing of documents received by checkers
5. To represent the department and/or Company in internal Company meetings or wherever elsewhere worldwide, with client,
subcontractors, suppliers etc.
6. To conduct regular team meetings to monitor the progress of the project & suggest or plan with the help of department manager
to meet the project deadline.
7. To plan & suggest for the training activities as & when required.
8. Development of conceptual equipment layouts and piping layouts.
9. Maintain proper documentation during project life cycle.
10. Any other relevant activities as defined by the Manager/lead.
11.Should go through the scope of work, Project documentation, Standards & guide lines before commencement of work.
12.To ensure that the Safety Management System and Quality Assurance requirements are followed throughout the engineering
phase.
