3. How To Do A Wrist Lift?
Grab a light dumbbell, and bend the elbow at 90 degrees. Extend the
hands forward, palm facing up. Next, bend the wrist up towards the

You should perform this exercise in a standing position. Lower the arm
to one side and bend the arms upwards to touch the shoulder with the
hand. After holding the position for 10 seconds, repeat the exercise 10
times.
5. How To Do A Wrist Stretch (Exterior)?
Raising an arm straight to the body facing the palms downwards, slowly
bend the wrist downwards and use the other hand pull the wrist.
Stretch and hold the position for 10 seconds. Repeat with the other
hand. Practice this exercise 10 times with each hand.

Place a rolled-up towel or a tennis ball in the palm. Grip the prop firmly
with the fist. Squeeze the prop for a few seconds, and repeat the
