• WHY DO YOU THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO TAKE CARE OF OUR EYES AND LUNGS?
5. "TIPS FOR HEALTHY EYES"
• EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES RICH IN VITAMINS (LIKE CARROTS AND SPINACH) TO SUPPORT EYE HEALTH.
• TAKE BREAKS WHEN USING ELECTRONIC DEVICES TO GIVE YOUR EYES A REST.
• MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD LIGHTING WHEN READING OR DOING CLOSE-UP ACTIVITIES.
• AVOID RUBBING YOUR EYES WITH DIRTY HANDS.
• WEAR SUNGLASSES WHEN YOU'RE OUT IN BRIGHT SUNLIGHT TO PROTECT YOUR EYES FROM UV RAYS.

• ENGAGE IN REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY TO KEEP YOUR LUNGS STRONG.
• AVOID SMOKING AND BEING AROUND SECONDHAND SMOKE, AS IT'S HARMFULTO YOUR LUNGS.
• BREATHE IN FRESH AIR BY SPENDING TIME OUTDOORS.
• COVER YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE WITH A TISSUE WHEN YOU COUGH OR SNEEZETO PREVENT THE SPREAD
OF GERMS.
• PRACTICE DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES TO KEEP YOUR LUNGS HEALTHY.
7. GROUP ACTIVITY
• DIVIDE THE STUDENTS INTO SMALL GROUPS AND PROVIDE EACH GROUP WITH A HANDOUT THAT LISTS
THE TIPS FOR HEALTHY EYES AND LUNGS. ASK THEM TO DISCUSS THE TIPS IN THEIR GROUPS AND COME
UP WITH A SHORT SKIT OR PRESENTATION TO SHARE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE IMPORTANCE OF
