So here is another success story for vitality. Lois, Dave's stepmother, took Vitality that I gave her for one month and then

Diary of a Fitness Coach - Personal Trainer

As a fitness coach and a personal trainer, I have tried a large range of multivitamins, gels, gases from various other

Day 1 Tuesday 26th Oct
My pack arrived late in the day and I took it late in the day so I did not feel much here. Taken the full dose of 6 capsules

DAY 2 Wednesday 27th Oct

I woke up at 6am and felt the thought processes normalise and thinking like a normal day Smooth, clear thoughts within
10-15 minutes. With very clear thought processes. My peripheral vision has widened and stayed wide through the day. It
felt as if it was a clear clear day from the start till the end at night.

There was no urge for coffees. Even though I drank the coffee because I love it, it had no apparent effect on my alertness

tireless it was actually scary. I was worried that I might actually injure the muscles because I knew my training limits and
today I had no idea where they were.

DAY 3 Thursday 28th Oct
At work was a physical day with shifting boxes and offices in the campus. Single handedly moved 4 filing cabinets and
most of the stuff up in the office over. Was not feeling sore at all from the previous workout.

A lot more chatty and witty with my remarks. Shutting down cheeky remarks left and right. Business planning is
smooth. Thought processes were smooth and calculated. Visualisations are amazingly clear.

Day 4 Friday 29th Oct

Still no sign of peripheral blurriness. I will call this Peripheral Clarity. Felt a bit of D.O.M.S. but it was more of a tickle
rather than the normal physical and muscular ache. I was expecting to be in agony but still nothing, a light tightness in
the muscle fascia, you know you have worked out, but not feeling the throbbing soreness.

Day 5 Saturday 30th Oct

Still enjoying the effects of clear thoughts. I feel no more D.O.M.S. I did not even feel like I exercised hard enough.
Conducted coaching presentations today and they were great, clear thought processes. No hick ups. No mistakes. Felt
dynamic, energetic and in total control. I even cracked a few funnies too.

Day6 Sunday 31th Sept
Got to get a proper 8 hours of sleep and I normally only get 5.5 hours per day. Starting to feel really wow inside.

Day 7 Monday 1 Nov

Amazing improvement in short term memory! Recalling the names of new students in a new class of 16, could remember
names and faces of up to 10 students. Wow! Normally takes 3-4 classes for me to remember any names and faces at all.
Big boost in the short term memory section.

Presentations were flowing and very structured in my head, no hick ups and everything went smoothly.

Day8 Tuesday 2 Nov
Overall high energy levels throughout the day even though I woke up at 5.30am!

Felt very content and happy when I woke up. Felt very conversational all day. Day 9 Wednesday 3 Nov

The ultimate test of the week. As I conducted a pilates class for the first time teaching an moderately advanced class after
spending the day preparing for it, I was not as stressed out as I normally am. I forgot some of the cues and usually at this
time I would draw a blank and then start t stress and lose the flow. even though I forgot a few cues, I was able to handle
the situation calmly and just seek the answers and I was able to progress forward and coming back to add those missed
cues.

I know that on a normal day I would just fall behind, lose the concentration, stress out and start blabbing on losing my
words. I managed to stay calm and collected with the thought processes and got great compliments for a challenging yet
structured class when I know that I did make a few errors, they couldn't even tell.

Day 10 Thursday 4 Nov

Started working at 5.20am because the mind was ready for it, woke at 5am. I feel rested and like I woke up hours ago!
My business is full steam ahead, I have clarity in where I want to go and I know exactly what needs to be done to get
there. I have spent some time in the planning phase of the personal development and personal goal setting and I was
able to visualise very clearly my future and where I want to be.

Summary

Vitality has really supercharged my mind and body. It cuts out the clutter in my mind and keeps me focused in my work
and in my life. It allows a bird's eye view of my daily activities and even more clarity in thought. This is the best I have

People Experiencing Upheaval & Stress

I recently endured a set of life conditions that would have challenged the most resilient of individuals. The combination
of moving interstate to an unfamiliar locality, commencing a executive management position with over 50 line reports,
adjusting to life as a single person, undertaking the renovations of a interstate property and completing a postgraduate

Hi, My 87 year old mother has had many TA"s or small strokes leaving her quite unsteady on her feet.

My background in sports is as a Regional Netball Umpire. Before I became pregnant last year, my goal was to gain the
“notice‟ of the Umpiring Panel, so that I would be selected to sit my Nationals Badge in the 2010 season. The reason I tell

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

I have suffered with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 20 years, and while through diet I have regained a semblance of a
life, I still suffer with energy loss, severe headaches and struggle getting out of bed each day and it takes me 3-4 days or
longer to fully recover from a gym class. I started taking Vitality on Tues 19th October and for the first 4 days I felt really

Vitality Rock!! Here is my experience with Vitality so far: I've started using Vitality four days back. Despite my initial

“I wanted to share one more thing about this morning that I thought was incredible. I just got race results for a 5k that I
ran this morning. (3.2 miles). The last 5k I ran was about 29 minutes race time.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

“In the fall of 2007, I was stricken with Rheumatoid Arthritis, an autoimmune disease that attacks your joints. Joints be-
come inflamed and swollen, leaving you helpless and in extreme pain.

I was prescribed Methotrexate and Prednisone. I was up to 7 Methotrexate (it is prescribed to treat some Cancers), each
week and 15 mg of Prednisone (is a steroid), per day along with a couple other temporary drugs. Due to the severe side
effects, I have to have blood tests done every 6 weeks to check for damage to other organs. My liver soon became a prob-
lem on a regular basis. I tried repeatedly to wean myself off the Prednisone and sometimes got down to only 2 mg per
day, but the throbbing pain in my joints and stiffness to walk when I first awaken or had been sitting for a long time
would return, so I would go back to 5 mg per day to keep the pain away.

So, just before you introduced me to Vitality, I had taken it upon myself to stop the Methotrexate. I seemed to have no
adverse reactions from going without. However, knowing how dangerous long term use of the Prednisone was, it does
wonders for the pain and did not see myself ever being able to do without it.

I took my normal dose of Prednisone on Friday, October 8th. I received my order of Vitality on that day also and took my
first dose (6 first thing in the mornings) on Saturday, October 9th. I felt so energized I actually forgot to take any meds
and didn’t even eat until that evening. I realized the next day, I had forgotten to take my Prednisone, but I would usually
start experiencing the pain within 24 hours of not taking it. So, I felt so fabulous, I thought I would do an experiment and
see how long I could go without the Prednisone.

You’ve probably guessed my now; I have been 10 days without it!!!! Will it last? I don’t know yet, but in the last 3 years, I
have NEVER been able to go more than 24 hours without it. I did one day do some heavy work and that evening, my
wrists were aching, but I took a couple of Ibuprophen before I went to bed and was fine the next morning. This is a
medical miracle for me as I never imagined myself ever being able to avoid the pain without it. And with the energy I
have now, I can move around a lot more and feel like doing more things. This has resulted in losing 4 lbs, which I des-
perately need to loose a lot more weight for health reasons.

Olympic Swimmer Neil Versfield

My name is Neil Versfeld. I am a professional swimmer from South Africa. I
competed in the Beijing Olympics in 2008 and placed 9th in the 200m Breast-
stroke. I am currently the fastest man in history in the 200 Yard Breaststroke, I
achieved this last year(2009) when I won the NCAA championships for the
University of Georgia(breaking Brendon Hansens record). I am the current
South African and African record holder in the 200m Breaststroke both Long
Course and Short Course.

In August 2009 I began using some of the Nuskin Enterprises products
namely Pharmanex- LifePak Nano, G3 Juice,Overdrive and CordyMax. The
benefits that I noticed were almost immediate. I was able to train a lot harder
for a lot longer without feeling the breakdown of fatigue. Recovery time dras-
tically shortened. Not only could I feel the positive affects in my athletic per-
formance but also in my overall health.

World Cup record holder in the 200m Breaststroke.

My goals for the future include many more medals on the international stage but ultimately I know I am capable of
